Just replaced head gasket and started ran on 1 and 3 cylenders bled fuel lines all getting fuel all three new injectors had some light white smoke or mist comming from oil fill cap. New oil and filter very slow to rev up.

Important to know; why did you replace the head gasket?
Make sure the valves are adjusted correctly. if it is un-burned diesel coming from the oil cap, than don't run the engine. The cylinder with un-burned diesel is not well lubricated.
Best to start with a compression test.

Replaced head gasket antifreeze in cylinder 2 and 3 oil sump was full of aintizreeze and oil mixed

There's really only two reasons a cylinder won't fire: either there's no fuel, or no compression.
