Keep in mind this post was published originally on Hormones Matter on July 28, 2014.This was a year before the first government research raised the red flag about cancer concerns and years before the first Round-Up court case. This article is full of hyperlinks to the research supporting this article. Everyone reading this has a stake in this matter. Genetic damage may not appear until 3rd or 4th generation users off springs even if the offsprings never was around Round-Up you can read.
This article raises a lot of questions 5 years ago. Where are the answers 5 years later? Cancer may be the least of our long term Round-Up concerns.

Now you know you can grab another beer since it was not what caused you to get fat.

It is the by-products (waste) of our microbiome living inside and on our bodies that give us good health or bad it seems we know today. Their balance either helps or hurt our health and longevity. IF Round-Up has a negative impact on our gut microbiota that is one thing but if it changes the DNA that we past on to the 3rd and 4th generation that is another matter if one has concern for those generations. We need to be thinking about the health of the trillions of microbes living in our gut trying to keep us healthy longer because if we die they die as well.

It's the underlying fact that food and fodder crops have been modified...we live in a world of sensationalism in all forms of media...denouncing the entire premise of the article based on some (media tainted) verbiage does not wash...

And GW, never for get GW. As for Glyphsophate? I causes all kind of things, probably was responsible fore the current disaster in DC. Everyone be sure to put on your tin foil hats in the mornings.

Obesity seems to be secondary to some primary health failure. Inflammation in the body seems to proceed obesity in most all cases. IF Round-Up induces obesity would be hard to prove just like we can not prove it causes cancer. What we know today is obesity is a growing problem in most of the world. What we do not know yet are all the factors causing the rate of obesity to keep climbing.

In the end it is up to me we need to keep repeating. When I was stuck on eating a high carb high fat diet my fuel gauge set on Empty even if I binged day and night. Now eating low carb high fat for the past 5 years I have a sense I will gag if I eat on more bite of food and my fuel gauge reads Full.

What Round Up can do to gut and soil microbes may be our long term concerns over Round Up.

At the rate things are going farmers that have employees use Round Up will be named in law suites. KY highway department stopped letting employees spray herbicides a few years ago and now it is contracted out of house. The confusion today is so loud it is hard to hear the facts.
