I didn't watch the entire clip - 25 minutes. I would hope it's not just a VHF site. Hopefully they would have EME also. EME = earth-moon-earth. Signals bounced off the moon and back to earth. Back in the late 60's/early 70's I completed 63 code contacts using EME. WL7AHL

It is a shortwave broadcast station site. Many transmitters on many HF frequencies.

Curious what their programming is about. And who it is targeted at. With that kind of power, someone must be in their sights.
