Do you know anything about Thrive® Culinary Algae Oil?

Wifey bought some today for the air fryer. It seems healthy; but I am certainly no expert on healthy eating.

We'll be just south of Cannon Beach this year, sharing a rental with another couple. We have stayed in Cannon Beach for a few days or week most years going back to mid 90s. The first few times was on the beach at the Surf and Sand and have stayed in other places, both ends of town. Rabbits are certainly common, especially at the north end of town when we stayed there.

We plan on stopping at Tillamook Creamery, we eat their yogut and ice cream, often the cheese too. When our middle daughter was on east coast working, she said not being to get Tillamook cheese was one of the things that bothered her.. she is back in the area so happy now.

Our youngest daughter took our grand daughter to Cannon Beach for Spring break.. they had a great time (rainy and windy, but still some good beach time)..

Enjoy the cheese factory if you haven't been in a while it was just remodeled and is very nice!!!

The ingredients list for the impossible burger does not look too promising, too much oil.

"The main ingredients in the veggie patties are soy and potato protein, coconut oil, sunflower oil, and heme, or soy leghemoglobin the molecule that makes meat taste like meat. "We make the Impossible Burger using heme from soy plants identical to the heme from animals which is what gives it its uniquely meaty flavor, Impossible Foods states on its site."

It might make the Vegans feel good about not killing an animal but for heart health they need to nix the oils.

I have not posted in several days, been in Salt Lake since last Thursday. We just got home, it's snowing and about 32 degrees. Not sure what the forcast is calling for. It's coming down hard enough that the ground is completely white. It was all dry and greening up last week.

if you put it in the search at NutritionFacts.org | The Latest Nutrition Related Topics a little info comes up on comparisons in youtubes by Dr. Gregger but not much. Its better than fish oil but not as good as flaxseed for heart health. better for brain development in babies/fetus but not adults.

Aww, no taste test to report. Was it at Burger King? Most hamburger places have a veggie burger of some sorts. The best around here is in Paige TX or Bastrop TX at the Roadhouse burgers (not to be confused with Texas Roadhouse) and it has a good black bean burger.
