Hello from Vashon, WA

Hello all,

I am a new member. I live on 8 acres on Vashon Island, WA. It's mostly timber. We have been here almost 3 years. My wife and I also own another 22 acres of timberland in Pierce County. When we purchased the Vashon property we purchased the former owner's Branson 2400.

Welcome from neighboring Kitsap County! The wife and I take the ferry from Southworth onto Vashon Island from time to time to eat breakfast at the Hardware Store there. Nice place, Vashon is.

Another welcome from Kitsap. I live 3 miles from the Southworth Ferry. Go to Vashon often, even toured the farming area once. Beautiful place to live, nice fertile soil it appears. Are you truck farming?

Had a friend i lost track of, from Vashon. His family lived next door to another family that owned K2. He got to try out all kinds of skis and such, much better skier the me.
