Which box blade for Kubota M7060?

I'm looking at a Land Pride BB3584 (7') box blade for my M7060? Should I be considering another brand/model? I'll be using this to maintain a gravel drive way as well as some pruned trails.

I can't find my proposal but I looked at a LP BB w/ hyd scarfires $3600,1/2"sideplates etc... wellbuilt.If you can find one that is built just as good-whynot.I bought an eight foot hyd scraper for the same money.

I have a Land Pride BB2584 that I use behind my M7060. Does a great job. But then I haven't used any other brands so I cannot give you a comparison.

While this model will work for you, it is not the ideal box blade for your tractor. Probably find that a 7 footer at or above 1000lbs with hydraulic actuated rippers would serve you much much better. But of course these types would be substantially more $$$.

If you have very much drive way to maintain, I HIGHLY recommend getting a land plane grading scraper (LPGS) for the majority of your road maintenance. A LPGS will typically cut your general maintenance time by half. :thumbsup:

I have a titan built 7 footer and very happy so far. Seems very stout. Been using for two years.. My M6060 handles it very well..

We use an HR3584 on our M8540DC as well as L5740HSTC and it works well. If I could afford it, I would buy one a bit bigger for the M, Woods makes some nice ones. We bought a 10' wheeled scraper when we were prepping home sites, so we can get by without an LPGS, but I sure wish I could afford one.

I have a 7 foot Land Pride LPGS, 6 foot Bush Hog ROBB & 8 foot Rhino rear blade. By far and away - the 1100# Rhino rear blade is used most on my mile long gravel driveway.

The LPGS will smooth the driveway nicely. It WILL NOT clean out the ditches nor maintain the crown. It will not plow snow. It will not move material from here to there.

I use the ROBB to move material from here to there. I scarify the potholes prior to repair. It will not maintain the ditches nor plow snow.

The rear blade will do most all. Even move material, if you aren't in a big hurry. Plow snow, maintain the ditches, maintain the crown, smooth the driveway. It will not scarify the potholes.

For my M7060 I have the Gearmore 4G4-84. Very heavily built, with hydraulic rippers. Weighs 1,400 LBs. I have 2 sets of cast wheel weights on my tractor (100 lbs each, 400 lbs total) I’d still like to add the 3rd set of wheel weights.

Works excellent but still stops my tractor dead in its tracks if I’m not careful!
