Good morning to all! Low of 24, going up to 42, wind at just a 'breeze' for out here...20-25. At least it's sunny.

Not sure how this acupuncture will do. The first session on Tuesday actually made the knee feel better for about 4-5 hours. The swelling and pain came back with a vengeance on Wednesday. I had the second session late yesterday afternoon, with about double the amount of 'needles' tapped in. The therapist told me that a "select few" can't tolerate acupuncture and have worsening reactions to therapy. She said we'll try a couple more sessions to see. A few of those sticks really hurt when they hit the nerve, she was surprised that the ones that should have gotten a pain reaction didn't, and those that should have been pain free, sent me off the table! I'll give this a couple more times, but.... I think I'm one of those 'select few'.... Today is not a good day...that's what the knee is telling me....

While I was "processing" being a pin cushion, reading MT magazine, saw that Ford is going to bring back the Ranger p/u and the Bronco w/ some retro styling. Will be available in a 2 or 4 door configuration. Not much about the specs was released by Ford....

CWB, just make sure you keep all that wind and cold temps up there...we're supposed to get back up to the 50's by Sunday....just sayin'...

Buppies, the dodge dealer wants $700.oo/wheel for 'stock' and American Racing (I've got them on the Jeep) wants $1000.oo ea. plus. One of the mechanics at the dealership has a whole bunch of stock rims for $200.oo ea. I think you know which way I am going.

Success getting my lumber sorted and out of the weather. Not happy that invoice indicated my order was complete yet 70 items short. Call to Lowe’s and they knew it. Next delivery not until Wed.

My nearest dealer has a new 4 door Ranger in the show room. It's beautiful, but . . . it's too larger for a Ranger, and the window sticker is over $43k. So while I'd like to have one, it ain't gonna happen.

A foggy day yesterday and a rainy foggy day so far today. A stable 34ºF rainy/foggy night. 38ºF presently with light rain. Clearing and much colder/windier this PM into the weekend.

I appreciate the life stories. We are all an interesting bunch of individuals. construction In HS I was a lifeguard at community swimming pools and/or at a State Park. In college I worked for a industrial (scrap) recycling/demolition construction company including working for the PennCentral Railroad pulling and laying down railroad tracks and railroad ties and later with a different company constructing above ground swimming pools.

More power to Mom You should be cloned so more of you can continue making the world a better place. Actually there are quite a few characters here who should also be replicated for similar reasons.

RonJH- It's great to read that your ROM is essentially pain free, I hope this continues.

Ted- It took s few acupuncture sessions before I saw more than just short term relief and yes some times those pins got me jerking. I think it did help rewire nerve connections in the longterm. I stopped when I felt the I had achieved maximum benefit. Good luck; "Today is a Bad Day" hang in there. Today I can relate

I saw a Colorado ZR2 last year in the showroom, $48000!

In price how does it compare to the similar equipped F150.

When I was looking at a new F150 or a Toyota Tacoma in 2008 the F150 was $10k less.

CWD has been detected in some counties west of me. DNR has passed rules about feeding deer in both the upper and lower peninsula's. One of the reasons why I put up a feeder. I put enough to feed the Cranes every morning in feeder. That does not stop the deer from stopping by feeders everyday to clean up the dropped feed from birds. According to DNR. CWD is passed by deer being in groups. One of the worst places near me is a Metro Park. Where there are large herds of them. When they do not get food in park they move out into my area. Which is 2 miles from park. There is also state recreation areas close to my home.
