The low is 25° this morning. We had some snow yesterday morning, I'm not sure how much. The wind was blowing 25-30 mph all day. We ended with some pretty good drifts in the driveway. The sun came out in the afternoon and the high was in the upper 30's. Today is going to be partly cloudy with a chance of snow showers with high around 40° and the wind 10-20.

I moved some of the snow yesterday and got the chop saw fixed. Had to make sure that it worked alright so cut up some stuff so I can practice my welding.

Eric ... I'll give that a try and see if it helps. I've only tried the vertical welds a few times. I'm looking forward to more practice if the weather cooperates. My garage isn't heated.

was given ear drops this morning by doc and referred to ENT. Lovely. Still swollen and buzzing.

neighbor sent me some pics of my tractor, including last time I rototilled. I hope to be out doing exactly that in a few days.

Got supplies for roofer doing Ellen’s old house, cleaned up my truck, looks so good I might keep it! Washed some clothes because I had time.
Walked around the property with Gracie dog, lots of deer tracks.

Good Morning Everyone!!!!!!!

23ºF was today's low; 45ºF presently; ~50ｺ+F is today's anticipated high temperature.

I do not know how I stayed awake for the entirety of the stupor bowl. Like many I enjoyed the commercials more than the game, as well as acknowledging the missed/bad calls by the officials. It seems that there were more bad calls this year than most. I do not know if it is the new rules aimed at increasing player safety or better play/replay reviews by all the camera coverage.

A bad call/non call on Gallager, the St. B. In the Puppy Bowl. He should have been the MVP. Actually the Puppy Bowl was better than the Stupor Bowel.

Don- You did not describe the actual product, but I agree with Ted. It may be the type of oil used in the CBD suspension that is messing with Whipper's GI tract. I've seen some strange reactions to medications that we are suspended in oil. If I remember correctly it was sesame oil or a byproduct.

I do all kinds of strange things that are not related to age, THC,CBD, and/or alcohol, but I have yet to poo the road. I've come close, but the was traffic related.

Steve and Rick- So many gifted musicians from that era died prematurely.

Roy- Thank for sharing the pictures. You must do a decent job of roof raking as you still have rain gutters. I never had rain gutters due to icing. Wifey left our roof rake hanging off the roof. I see a lot of mixed precipitation, icing, and rain in the future for NE. I am not worrying about ice damming. You have/had a lot more snow than my 39.25" Season total.

Eric- Thanks for sharing. I could probably use the services of your ice breaker later this week.

Rich- I wish you safe travels and good luck with your challenging customer.

Drew- Good luck with your physical. I hope that there are no surprises.

RNG- That meal looks to be good eats; no green vegetables?

Ted- It's so sad that so many people die form CO poisoning. This is a well known and well publicized public safety concern.

Yesterday’s paint got rained before it dried, needs redo. Of course. depends on today’s wx.

I am sorry to read about your need to repaint,

I've been thinking about your post all morning........Sady, I believe it's symptomic of where we are as a culture, and started long before the current and previous Administrations. It seems that media hate and negativity (as practiced and reported) attracts a large viewing/reading audience nowadays........ Social media takes things to an even baser level. "We" are our own worst enemies. It's hard not to be affected.

Brogen distraught that Gallager was not MVP tried to seek solace in the queen sized bed where I am currently sleeping last night. We both discovered he does not fit; not like the sofa where he ended up.

I watched most of the game off and on. Wasn’t cheering for either team but glad Tom Brady got his 6th ring. He’s about to run out of fingers?

Many of the commercials were pretty good. I think my favorite was the Bud Light commercial where they were looking for the rightful owner of the huge barrel of corn syrup. My grand daughter had to explain the tie to “Game of Thrones” ..... duh?

The half time show? What was that?

52°F and partly cloudy this morning, going up to 63° today. Incredibly warm for February here. Won't last long, though, as we'll be back in the teens and 20s by the weekend.

Spent most of the weekend either running errands for The Wife or working on my guitar build. Got the body prep sanded Saturday evening, then painted on Sunday (five coats). It was glorious outside yesterday, so spending much of the day in the garage was almost a pleasure.

Apparently, there was some manner of football game yesterday?

Rick, those Bud Light commercial appear to have cause a big brouhaha. Some group of corn growers got offended by the commercials, and is making a big deal out of it. Here in the STL area, former home to the Anheuser-Busch Corporation before they were bought by In-Bev, the local media can't stop talking about it. I guess there is someone offended by just about everything these days.
