Rugby although I am not sure which one, there is Union and League.

Australian Rules is played in Oz and centres around Melbourne. Rugby League is played in Oz, NZ, Uk and I think France. Ozzie dominates. Rugby Union is International. (and we are World Champions for the 3rd time). Rugby Union is not as big Internationally as that round ball, kick it with your head game.

More like calling Canadians, Americans, as i found out many years ago, when i told a nice looking women that she sounded like she was from Australia. She was a 'Kiwi not a bloody Australian'

I find the accents distinctly different, then I would of course, we chuckle when we hear fush ( a marine creature) and *** (sits between 5 and 7) but I was confused when I heard an announcement at a kiwi airport 'Mr Smith report to the chicken counter'
