Help with timing injector pump case 630

My neighbor had his injector pump rebuilt on his 630 now he has no idea how to time it when he puts it back on, anyone done one before?

I'm not sure, i wasn't aware they had more than 1. What does he need to look for, ba serial number or just the make?

I have a book full of Neusse engines . Mybe there is a D in that number eg D239 ?

he should know what injection pump he has if it just got rebuilt..
If its a CAV rotary or Bosch inline both drive shafts are keyed.. The cav has a timing line on the mounting flange, line it up w/ the mark on the engine.
NOW IF he took the gear out w/o timing anything.. that's a diff. story..
