We're got our Rural King store in Monaca Pa just this spring. Here at the local fairgrounds there are always a handful of tractor dealers with some units on display. To my surprise, who else is here is Rural King!

It looks like they are really trying to reach out to the rural public to show that they have these machines nearby and are ready top sell equipment.

Good job RK. I really think that this is exactly the kind of thing that needs to be done to get your name and your product into the minds of the local population. 20180901_173639.jpeg

Rock Cwawler,
That is good to hear. Believe they are interjecting some reality into tractor pricing. When a grand L cab tractor w/ FEL approaches $ 50k, somthing is skewed. Even though RK doesn't offer O percent financing, they do have zero down and the Rep performed a cost analyses wherein even at 5 percent APR. The buyer is way ahead in final cost over five, or even 6 years. Hopefully he will repeat that post again.

I have never seen one of these tractors nor have I seen a Yanmar, branson but competition is a good thing for the known brands, they are all getting out of control with pricing as are pickup trucks. Saw a new F-350 platinum edition the other day with a sticker for $80,000, insane..

Pretty tractor but who is going to service it ... perhaps a RK cashier!? :tractor:

If you haven't been following the massive RK thread, RK factory/store guy says they will have service at all RK stores that sell RK tractors, by real tractor mechanics. So there you go.

Ive spent 18 years in the auto business (service side) and was on the fence about buying one. However, I have spoken in length to the higher ups at RK tractors and feel very confident in their service ability and future plans to service and repair these tractors. Lets all keep in mind, each and every company started somewhere, including JD. Even if you continue to be a JD/Kubota Etc. customer, competition will help you just as much in the long run.

Best of luck with your RK tractor. Agree that competition is a good thing.

Wish there were more rational posts similar to this one.
