Also a new Washingtonian - so Hi to my fellow PNW members.
I moved from 3 1/2 acres in the rural eastern panhandle of West Virginia to a small 1/4 acre lot on Whidbey Island. Fortunately, the southern half of the island, where I live, is fairly rural. Had to sell my Kubota when I moved so no tractor now but still love the rural lifestyle.
