Kubota L3940 HST won't go into reverse

I have a Kubota L3940 with hydrostatic transmission.
The tractor has stopped going into reverse when activated by the pedal.
It stopped working when I was driving thru some brush, so I thought a branch may have become wedged in the reversing mechanism. However, no branch and no visible evidence that anything is bent or broken.
The mechanism under the pedal is gold/brass colored and appears to have a pin on one side that may go into a hole on a cam on the other side and there are some springs on the cam.
I have looked for, but not found, a picture or diagram of how these items are supposed to work together.
Anyone have any diagrams or explanation of how this is supposed to work or any tips how to fix ?

Usually this NO REVERSE is caused by brush pulling electrical wire loose from reverse solenoid.

This happen to me twice, then I armored underneath with heavy expanded metal.

I think this is where it is, #100 pretty close to the foot pedal.
