Stand alone fitness tracker?? I use a belt. The hole in use is a prefect fitness indicator! Cost is around thirty five dollars. No batteries, phones or other such devices required for full real time display.

Guess I have outgrown about 3 fitness trackers, then.

Soundguy, timex has a heart rate monitor that does not require sync with a phone, read out doubles as wrist watch. you could then use whatever pedometer you want. I used the timex during bike rides from 2010 to 2017, have now changed over to ant+ gear.
