New Kubota B2650 Seat Rocks Forward And Back On Even The Smallest Bumps...

Brand new B2650. No matter how far forward or back I adjust the seat it rocks back and forth even on slight bumps in the field and I can hear and feel the thump repeatedly even over the engine noise and wearing ear muffs. Is this poor engineering or is there something I can do? All the seat bolts are tight, just appears the adjustment rack has slots wider than the adjusting lever body.
