JOHN DEERE 2130 HYDRAULIK PROBLEMS

Hello.

I have a John Deere 2130 4x4.

When transmission oil is cold hydraulics works. After 2 hours of running - no hydraulics - no steering.

I changed the oil, filters twice. New hydraulic pump. New steering pump.

Do you have any ideas?

How long since hyd oil sump screen(key 30) was checked/cleaned?? Also check to be sure hyd filer relief valve(key 24-26) is not stuck open. With engine running at operating temp,3 pt raised look in hyd oil filler hole behind seat for misting oil. If oil is misting 3 pt control valves are leaking. Is tractor equipped with a frt end loader?

The tractor has a frt end loader but is unmounted. the 30 was checked and was clean.

Oil supply tubes that feed hyd hi-lo & pto have a long history of leaking. One can remove shift cover & utilize compressed air to check for leaks. Did you check for 3 pt control valve leakage?

Last year i splitted the tractor because the hi lo disks got burned because of lack of oil lubrification due to a broken pipe. as i remember there are 4 pipes inside the front part of transmission. i changed all 4 with new ones. also checked the transmission pump and looked good.

With 3 pt raised,engine running at operating temp,look in hyd filler hole behind seat for misting oil which would indicate leaking rockshaft control valve seals. Is loader hyd control valve also disconnected from tractor?

If the control valve seals are leaking this could be a cause of my problem?

the loader hyd control valve is not disconnected from tractor. only the loader.

Yes. Remove loader control valve return hose from tractor then aim hose in a bucket or tractor hyd oil filler opening. With control levers in neutral start tractor engine,no oil should exit open return hose.
