2210 must jump to start it

2210 must jump to start it new battery and ground seems good

cables seem good, run it for awhile shut it off won't even click put jumpers on it starts up

Charge the battery and see if it will crank under it's own power after that. If not, good chance it's got a bad battery. If it cranks after charging, put a voltmeter on it and see what the voltage is, at the battery. It should be over 13 when running.

If your motor is mounted on rubber mounts check the ground wire between motor and frame. Had a problem similar to yours and ended up being a bad ground. Only found it by checking for voltage drop.
