In Don's defense, there's no way to BandAid a bruise. Plus I think all of us nowadays carry a cell phone when working to make sure we can reach help when needed. I know I do.

it's been awhile but i've had a few bruised body parts on here too.
Kind of like bending your props on a boat.
If you don't want bent props, stay in the marina.
Perhaps that's why they call them the lumps and bumps of life.
My head takes a beating, machinery, trees, doesn't help not much hair up there.

really hot out, have a few more things to do but may just wait until the sun goes down and it cools off a little.
Two or three hours in this heat I'm wilted, four or five hours I'm ready for a/c and feet up.

Back in the house before temperature got over 80°. That was at 9am. Got weed killer on drive and walkways before wind started to blow. Wood chips are moved and spread. Nice and cool in house with AC on since yesterday.

Down here, it's not considered warm until we get above 90 deg F. I can still work outside all day at 90. Once it get to 95 I'll watch my fluid intake carefully.

So are you saying our lives are like pan cake batter, there should be some lumps else the pan cake won't taste good?

88F currently, we tied the record high for today earlier @ 90F ...

Front is mowed first pass, Woman is about to start on the second pass. CCW application process was very quick - including fingerprinting and photo. The guy took me back at @ 15:00 and I was getting back in my car to head home @ 15:07 ... :thumbsup:

Gonna switch out to shorts and a tee shirt and go get the grill ready and then see if there's some trim mowing that I need to do.

Bruised hand was not painful at all, surprisingly. A few more pulls and finished edging the yard, while the delivery guys installed the new Speed Queen Washing Machine for Mom. She says it cleans clothes very well.

Up stairs heat pump has issues now 11 years old not cooling. Hope we do not have to replace it like the downstairs unit last July
