59F and cloudy @ 10:30, chance of showers today (and tomorrow and Thursday ... ) ... high of only 67F today ... 65F tomorrow, and 69F on Thursday. Unusually cool for this time of year. Will get back to more seasonable temps by Friday, then into the 80's by Sunday, followed by a couple of 90F days before it cools down again.

Wife and I both had horrible leg cramps last night which woke us up. She was able to go back to sleep after taking some mineral supplements, mine relaxed for a while ... then came back. I ended up eventually trying some Gulden's Spicy Brown Mustard the second time around, since the mineral supplements didn't seem to kill them off the first time. Finally was able to go back to sleep. Was not fun.

Stopped by the bank yesterday and got a cashiers check, then went down to CVS and got a passport photo taken for next Monday. Found out the cats like some of the cheap cat food @ DG so I stopped by there on the way back and picked some more up.

Lousy and humid today, about an inch of rain yesterday. Mid 70's today, then a couple of days in the mid 60's in mid June, very unusual, then very summer like by the weekend.

Mowing complete except along sides of driveway.

Remember there are no bad whole food carbs.

Carbs are only bad when the fiber and nutrients are taken out like sugar and white flour or something is added to the carb like oil and salt in potato chips.

Get some potassium tablets. That works for me in our hot summer weather.

I have to tell you, I have not had one leg cramp, not one, since I started slathering mustard on everything. Well whatever I could...
It may be all in my head, but it seems to work. Grey Poupon or Spicy Brown; not sure of the curative powers of the weaker yellow stuff.

Hawkeyes, I said years ago after my first mow with my ZTR, if you mow with a zero, you look like a hero! No, or little trimming.

magnesium oxide also helps with leg cramps
