Here's a photo of my "poor man's" version of a reverse hypertension machine in my home gym. I modified an old Apex machine I got for $15.

I've seen people do them on those, my back is not in the right shape to do it that way lol. Hurts just seeing someone do that way lol.

Very Nice home gym, got me beat. I have a power rack, dumbbells 10lb- 80lb. Commercial chest press, lat pull down and ab machine. All by cybex. Now the rogue revers hyper. Started assembling it today.

Cybex makes an excellent line of equipment.

My treadmill is Cybex, the rower is Concept2, and the stationary bike is a Keiser. The stationary machines are all Apex modified or "BIG BARN" exclusives. :=)

You guys are giving me some ideas - I have a bow flex with the leg attachment that I think I could manage in a way to use for my back - if used a certain way, and that, along with my Core Exercise Ball, may provide a sufficient regimen - and of course I will still have my old guy's yoga.

Impressive. Ah, yes I have a Concept2 rower as well, in black. They are nice machines. A stationary bike is next on my list, hopefully. Your gym is depressing me because of my back pain. Hopefully I can get back into it soon.

You probably could. They can be done on a exercise ball. I've done them but not long enough to get used to the position.

I quite often feel if I had to have only ONE machine it would be the rower. (I wish mine was black. :) )

I really don't like my bike. Too hard on my back. Good luck with YOUR back!

That's a great-looking home gym, Terry. Very nice.

Part of our house remodeling involves a new space (formerly the basement kitchen area) to gather all of our equipment into one cohesive workout space. We haven't nearly as much equipment as you, though; a Bowflex X², treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, and a small set of dumbells. But, it works for us. We've talked about adding an inversion table as well.

Thank you, PJ.

Surprisingly HAVING equipment makes you realize how you could do things with LESS using innovation and imagination.

I use my inversion table every day. I wasn't certain of it's benefits (for me) but wasn't worried because because of Costco's return policy. :)
