IMG_1177.JPGHowdy, so I just got my new 2017 Kioti NX 6010 delivered.

Never had a tractor before so I have a lot to learn but I already box bladed my driveway, wasn't very difficult.

I'll be posting more pictures and videos of projects I'm doing on the Ranch

Oh, man! Lucky you to have such a nice first tractor! :D

Watch out operating in tight quarters until you get a good feel for your mass.

What box blade do you have?

Nice looking rig. I will watch your progress as I am looking to upgrade at some point in the future.

It's a Kioti 6 foot box blade made by Woods...used it yesterday, works great

So far have the Kioti (woods) 6' boxblade, loader of course. Pallet forks, Post hole auger, straightblade, and (possibly the backhoe..not sure yet) are next.

Im still going back and forth on trying to find a cheap mini ex or buy the Kioti backhoe

Must have been a great 2 days! It would be for ME!

I have a very good friend with a LOT of experience at it who says you don't have to lube every day. He lubes every time he refuels, and is getting the same wear as the guys who do it every day.

When he lubes, he puts the shaft in a odd position. For an FEL, the bottom of the shaft is usually on the bottom. So, use the hydraulics and lift the shaft before lubing. Same everywhere, move the shaft to the other side and lube as normal. Makes sense to me, but I'm an engineer, so it COULD be crap. Thing is, I've seen his implements when removed and they are in great shape.

So, it wither works or he is having some extraordinary luck with it.

Happy Kioti to YOU, sir, and good luck!

In a year, you'll be an expert or will have replaced a LOT of parts. Maybe both. Ha!

Moving some rocks last weekend, can't wait for my grapple to come in.

I have two just like that blocking my logging road if you want to come to New England to get them, LOL. They sure are heavy to move around.
