Apple pie here, from Costco. I should learn how to cook....snow here, but really wimpy amounts compared to the folks back east. You guys must really be tough. Did some of the dreaded drywall, worked on the shop a bit, got the woodstove going. Really like to get winter over with....

Don thanks for the link. I was not clear ( too many things running through my head
) When on multi day rides the calorie density has to go up. Typical day of 60-80 miles burns 2500-3500 cal just during the ride, processing enough calories to be ready for the next day is a challenge. I am trying to learn enough to eat "less bad" during such rides and still digest enough calories. That way I have less to change (dietary habits) after the ride.

Good evening all. 34F this morning, cloudy again, but no rain. Overcast left shortly after lunch and high temp was 62F, with light wind. Worked on chores around the house this morning, and went for bike ride this afternoon. Making headway on getting the legs stronger for multi day ride near Kerrville over Easter.
