Good evening all. 60F @ 7AM, temp dropped off to 55F @ 9AM with cold front coming through late. Cloudy most of the day, not a lot of wind unlike the past few days. Temp rebounded to 63F and no rain fell here. Got the other shock replaced this morning, then needed to redo first shock had issues.One of the parts supplied with the shock, a spring adapter, did not fit correctly, and in last night haste reassembled it anyway. After rethinking and liking the way the old factory part worked, went back and redid first shock the same way. Test drive to return spring compressor uneventful . Also snuck in bike ride this afternoon. Early start in Sulphur Springs for bike ride (2 hour car ride for me) tomorrow.

I have worn blue jeans for most of my life, yet up to a few years ago the tiny square pocket on the right has almost never been used. Ever since I noticed that I had lost some of my hearing that pocket is permanently stocked up with earplugs, ready to put in anytime I make a loud noise. A little late in the day maybe, but better late than never. You didn't hear that ? Ok, louder - BETTER LATE THAN NEVER :laughing:

much cooler morning, 32 going up to 52 today with colder weather coming in, a wintry mess tomorrow Sunday but little accumulation, just plenty of rain on Wednesday. Low temps now show 28, at least coming up from previous 24.

Everything including my car and truck are covered in a layer of gold pine pollen. trees are covered in two inch wide golden seed pods which are blanketing the area with so much pollen it looks like someone is plowing the fields at time. So for sure I'll be squirting off the vehicles today. Most of my equipment is covered in tarps but what isn't is just covered in gold dust. Now if it were real gold dust....

27 out this AM. Highs expected into the lower 40's. Crisp air, blue sky. Looks like a maul day.

The weather people are excited about a major snow storm for our area starting Monday. Major to us, is like slightly more than a dusty of daugens pollen. LOL. On the serious side, they are starting the freak out, early. The Washington area just doesn't do snow very well.

My yard is taken hits with this up and down swing, as I am sure the rest of you are too. The flowers that have bulbs on them are drooping, those that flowered are already laid over. The warmer weather was quite a tease. Back to reality of the calendar.

Drinking first cup of coffee. 64° with partly cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 88° with partly cloudy skies. Son and grandson got tree and limbs cleaned from yard yesterday. I am jealous because they got seat time. Found no damage to buildings Going to antique tractor show this morning with others from RV park. Then some patio time when it gets warm.

Not too much though, OK? They still need a couple more weeks to clear debris from the Oroville Dam spillway discharge, and if the lake level starts coming up again they'll have to stop work to open the spillway again.

Same here, Eric, but I find ear muffs more convenient to don and remove, and I don't have to worry about forgeting them in a pocket and later finding them loose in the dryer.:laughing:

Good Morning! 55F @ 5:30AM. Sunshine and clouds mixed. High 69F. Winds S at 5 to 10 mph.

Looks like a lot of fun, Mr. Fever. Cold, but fun!

Hope you folks back east don't get hammered too hard by the upcoming snow storm.

Finished up the last few details on the headlight mounts and got all the parts blasted and painted yesterday. Time now to bet back to yard work: Trimming bushes and spraying weeds. Nice weather for it though...

The storm coming is a NE Storm riptides no worries for you Thomas in deep do do I'm afraid. The alarmist in the weather world are at it again but winter in the mid Atlantic has been on vacation and will continue to do so.
