I live west on Nashville in Kingston Springs TN. I am an avid hunter mainly whitetail deer I love to fish and cut fire wood. I live on 3 acres and Bought 7.59 acres last year north of Dickson. I am going to build a cabin and try to hang out there as much as possible.

I have a 67 oliver 550 gas I use to drag logs and bush hog small spots on my place and put hay out for the wife horse

I am going to buy a 4x4 tractor this summer..... thus being on the site to research

I know what you mean by the cold and wind. We spent 4 years in Alaska and could have retired up there like the kids and I wanted to do, but the wife says; "she is going back to Alabama, where she is from, and we could either stay in Alaska or go South with here." Well, here we are. She did mot like the fact that in the middle of summer up there and the sun shining bright, she had to wear a sweater when we went on a picnic.

But it was a paradise to go hunting and fishing there.
