This is a run around our 40 acres, a couple years ago.

My Polaris is a one seater!! :laughing: ,,, but, it is a 2-stroke!!

I did not need the money,, but,, the trees are getting close to mature.
My forestry guy says for at least five years,, the trees will go up in value more than $$$ in the bank.

So, the kids will get a few more dollars,,, some day,,,
I would probably just blow the money on a new tractor and a new truck,,

That is what my next door neighbor did,
now his trees are gone, the tractor is hard to start,,, and the truck is showing rust,,,,
