I have been looking for the support ticket submission area and can't seem to find it. I tried the "Help" on the Home page but it takes me to the FAQ's and there isn't a submission area. I did a forum "search" without results. I am unable to post any more photos (using the same technique as the 3 photos I have posted. I keep getting a "permission denied" error or and an endless log-in loop then denied. Anybody know who runs the site maybe?

Check the size of your photos. There is a limit to the number of bytes. I had the same error a few times I forgot to resize my pics.

Tried that. I optimized the photo to 32k and 500 by 500 with no luck.

I've always used the manage attachments under Go Advanced in my replies. Pics are saved in files on my desktop. I know there are other ways to do it but I haven't had any luck doing it other ways. My pics always load as an attached thumbnails. I've tried to load them as a large pic under the reply message and its been explained to me how to do it but I can't get it to work. The attached thumbs are fine and easiest for me.

Are you on a smart phone or computer?

The picture size limits have been changed back to humongous.

That's how I posted them before (I did 3) and then it stopped working for me.

Check with Dennis (Xfaxman). He was great explaining it to me once before. Gotta be something simple if you did it before.

Ok, so I just logged in and i have this as my post for response. I have opened another window so I can follow line by line the exact instructions written by Grrrr. The picture has been resized to 32K at 500x500 and is located on my desktop. I opened the "add files", selected the photo and see the file name in the upload manager. When I select "upload" it gives me a message,

The following errors occurred:

You do not have permission to perform this action. Please refresh the page and login before trying again.

If I do as instructed, I get the same error message each time I press "upload"

The reason I think this is a program glitch is because I already have 3 photos in My Upload Manager that I was able to upload.

Anyway, Thanks for trying.

Ok, Ill try it with insert image.

Nope, as soon as I click "upload files" I get:

You do not have permission to perform this action. Please refresh the page and login before trying again.

Oh, and I am on desktop MAC.

I wonder if they increased the minimum post count required to post pictures since the last time you did it? Some forums limit what new users can do until they have a certain number of posts. Though you're up to 26 now, which seems like it would be enough (most forums require 5-10 posts before new users get full capability).

Anyhow, based on the error message, definitely seems like a site limitation or problem to me.

Agreed, 10 MB for a .JPG file is way larger than it needs to be. With my limited data cap each month I need to avoid opening such attachments. I just wish there was a way to know the size of the file before clicking on it.

So I submitted a support ticket by going to a link for an admin company called Kayako. They sent me a prepared response that said it was probably my "cookies" were corrupted and that I needed to clear my cache. It had instructions on how to do that but they weren't for anything Apple so I checked with Apple and cleared my cache twice with no results. Tried to contact Kayako by replying but to talk to them you have to create an account. Created account but the password they sent doesn't work! So I still can't post photos, Kayako has closed the support ticket, and I can't get on their site to tell them. This is getting tougher than I thought it would. I'll go back to trying in a bit after I feed...

I just now clicked the "report to moderator" icon at the bottom right of your post. Maybe that will get you some help.

Just found the site link needed to submit a support ticket. its IMC Digital Universe, Inc. - Powered by Kayako Help Desk Software. Have to create an account before getting support but at least I got a confirmation response.

I don't know why you think that site has anything to do with TBN. That appears to be the help desk for users of that brand of help desk software, not the help desk for TBN, of which there is no help desk on TBN that I know of. I've been on here 15 years, been helping moderate for more than a dozen. I'm just not aware of any formal help desk or ticket submission system here.

Here is how I ended up there. At the bottom of the "Forums" page is a red "Help" button. Click on that and it takes you to the "FAQ's" page. I scrolled through till I got to Account Access/Privileges. Since the error response I had been receiving was that I didn't have permission to download photos I thought perhaps I could find out what privileges I had or find out why I couldn't post. There are a number of links for support ticket submission and those links take you to the Kayako page with instructions for creating an account and submitting a support ticket. It appeared that site is the technical administrator for TBN and they have responded to the support tickets I submitted albeit with a recommended solution that didn't work.
So, if that is the incorrect place to request site help, does anyone know how to submit problem reports or who handles those kind of problems? I still have the original problem that sent me down this rabbit hole... I'd post screen grabs of the pages but I can't post photos!:)
