How level is the deck with it all the way down? It sounds like the back needs to be lowered down to match where the front is.

Makes me wonder if they mixed up the front bracket with the one from a shorter wheelbase tractor (ie a BX).All wheels are on the ground with it all the way down....which is how i mow but after i attach the front link then the 3 wheels in the front are off the ground by a lot and the link can not be made any longer. The back wheels are still on the ground so would adjusting the two rear links make any difference?
It just baffles me why the dealer would have hooked it up wrong in the first place makes me wonder what else is wrong![]()

What model is your deck (should be something like RC72-30B)?
Edit: Also, are there any part numbers on the brackets to compare them to what the parts diagram says?

Thats odd, did that mower come default on your B2650, or was it something the dealer made work?
Looking on the parts list (Kubota Tractor Corporation - Parts List), it appears that mower came on the B2630, the B3000 and the B3030. Your B2650 only lists the RC72-30B.
RC72-30B:
Long link: 76553-44616
Clevis Link: 76539-44630
RCK60-30BA:
Long Link: K5763-44610
Clevis Link: K5763-44630
The "long link" on the 72" version is almost three pounds heavier, but its also a lot more money ($113 vs $43).
As I understand it, when you attach the front linkage with the deck lift all the way down, the back wheels stay on the ground and the front wheels lift up a few inches in the air?
Are there any other holes where the tractor side bracket (with the arm that you move to lock the linkage in place) goes where it might have been installed too far forward?
I'll bet that something wasn't assembled right at the selling dealer.
