I need advice on an AR-15. I want a reliable, no frills, iron sight AR-15. Nothing fancy and no expensive addons.

Any brands, suggestions?

Ruger AR556 - you can't go wrong! $650

This was RSKY's thread but ended up nudging me to buy one. No one really explained to me they would be THAT much fun to shoot. Really, I figured it would be similar to the SKS military rifle but there is NO comparison. The last Ruger I bought was the best money I've spent on a gun, now I can say the AR556 was the best money I've spent. LOL!

Finding me a 4 ton mini-ex that has enough AUX flow to run a mulcher head like a Seppi H3 or a flail mower like an EX-30. :laughing:

Somebody here pointed me to In stock ammo, guns, magazines, and reloading supplies. I've had good success so far. You can find about anything you want with a great search and compare engine.

Added a Nikon scope this weekend. Need to set me up a bench to get it sighted in. Adding the scope sure changed the look of the gun.
