I would think that'd have to be in Maine except for the licence plate.

At least he put a loose chain on the rear axle. Nothing else

It's not even tight, I can almost guarantee he was just starting to secure.

He was driving down the freeway. Traffic came to a stop and looking over I noticed the loose chain, then that only the rear axle was chained. Very dangerous.

I saw this outside my window at work this morning. They just drove off with it not quite half full and chains dragging on the ground.

The way it was sloshing around I would say it is not baffled. I hope he didn't tow it too far or he will need new safety chains. There were a good three of four links dragging the ground when he left. I would have also put the strap around the front of the top opening not around the back. I doubt he could ever accelerate fast enough to dump it off the back but there are lots of ways to stop fast enough to have it sliding forward.

Smile. My comment was more to the point of being old enough to remember using coat hangers regularly to braze with. Now, in modern days, we have go to the store to buy our filler.

But I love see cool tools.

Reminds me of this "bucket truck" for the street light crew.

Thats funny. I didn't get to see it but a few years ago a local contractor got in trouble for picking up a mini excavator (and operator) with a crane and using a jackhammer attachment on the excavator to demo a concrete grain bin. Worst part was he had his own kid operating the excavator.

:D We still braze with wire coat hangers on some things. Just for practice.

Sometimes you gotta do what works.
