Loader off the wall bucket question

While goofing at the dealership this weekend after they were closed, all of the new tractor loader buckets have 3 holed drilled on both sides in a straight line...what are they for? Just curious

But the general answer seems to be that they are used for being bolted to the crates when they're shipped to the dealers.

I think the bolted to the shipping materials was the most plausible.

I guess the reason I asked is mine doesn't have them. I have a new CK35HST purchased this spring and it doesn't have any holes drilled in it...

You notice we both avoided using the p word when discussing the packaging..... However you could be on to something there. Pallets in the outdoors create a draw for small critters, and coyotes like small critters. Hmmm

I would doubt a company would spend the money drilling holes in a bucket to hook it to a pallet when all they need to do is throw a strap around it to hold it down. My guess would be for an attachment.

What kind of tractor and bucket are we talking about?

Kioti - all the ck models and the NX50 end loader buckets they had....all of em
One only had two holes but forget which one. I think the NX but didn't pay close attention

James, were you referring to our beloved pallets? These innocent transporters that take so much abuse but never resist? These sleepers that lay dormant and innocently migrate in large groups only to be deployed without traceability? We have to stop this PC language and call them out. How can we let them congregate in numbers like this?
