none on eBay at the moment and hoping someone in this community may have one lying around collecting dust.

If you don't have any luck on a used one -

Deere's tech bookstore has one for 25 bucks.
OMM120877 is the manual part #

OMM120877CD is the cd-rom flavor for 30 bucks.

I have been there and they want an additional $28+ for delivery via UPS to Canada
If send to NY it is an additional $8.50 + 4.50 Taxes
I wish they would have a USPS option

Yes, that is a pain.
- I would like to have a download option since it's just a .PDF file anyway!
