So I'm over at mom's next door clearing and chipping some brush when my neighbor stops by and ask if I would mind putting the forks on my FEL and come over and pull his tree-house out of the ground and sit it on his trailer so that he can take it over to his new property. I was like sure.

The structure was sitting on 4 6x6 posts, what we didn't know, was that the 6x6 were set in concrete back about 20 years ago.

So was I able to pull the house and the 4 posts out of the ground? Watch the below video and you'll find out. :)

I'd say it "was" built pretty darn well.

Doesn't it seem like four 80 lb lumps of concrete would just pull out of the ground too? I have been VERY amazed how even steel T-posts lock into the soil over time, almost enough to break the post just pulling it out.

Hope the little house survived the tumble. A lot of stuff is overbuilt these days, people have more money, more knowledge more time, so why not? Great that you had it on video & thanks for posting!

Yikes think how easily someone could have been standing where it fell, expecting it would just lift out of the ground.

You need to send that to America's Funniest Home Videos!

I thought that maybe if you had applied the up pressure and jiggled your 3-point hitch up and down, they might just have wiggled out.

Yelp that's a "no charge" job.

I figured your forks were just going to break the floor joists.
