0th cup of coffee, but that is normal for me. Hot today but less humid.
Probably will do the Win10 upgrade today.
I have always been a Dave Ramsey sort of person, even before I ever heard of him. I'll feel even better when the HELOC is paid off, it;'s got a pole barn and a few other things on it. I'd pay it off aggressively if it wasn't for college tuition. My son does go to a reasonable priced (by todays standards) college in Arkansas. So farmer2009, I'll be heading down past you in a few weeks to drop him off. He's studying computer engineering, and I don't qualify for any help in paying the bills. I'd like to get him and my other one thru college without massive loans. You do get penalized for saving for college, it's best to go in with massive debt, but I can't live like that.
Congrats Dave on the new vehicle. I have 2 vehicles paid for and under half to go on the 3rd. Unfortunately I will need another probably within the year. I'm looking for one of those bargain low mileage slightly used vehicles, I never seem to find them. Have 290K on my work vehicle. I just replaced 2 catalytic converters to get it past emissions testing, so that's good for 2 more years. It needs new front tires. Overall it's in pretty good shape for the mileage. One concern is the transmission, the light was blinking some last summer, was a little low in fluid. Has been fine ever since.
Well, better get something done today.
