61 right now...high today of 74 and a probability of thunderstorms.
Well, I see the light at the end of the tunnel (or is it the headlamp of a train coming the other way?) for this customer/supplier problem I've been working on the last few weeks. I've been putting 10-12 hours a day on this, plus an hour's drive each way to and from home. This thing is really wearing me down...hope it's over soon.

Coffee is done brewing. 62° with cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 70° with chance to rain in morning then sun for rest of day. Got side tracked again. Getting FEL on and staring garden pond project done will happen today.
Roy, hope you get some rest soon.
Drew, doing a edge works best with a bit that has a bearing on end.
David S, glad you made it back home.
Good Morning All.

We got to watch another mother nature wonder last evening, twin fawns trying out there new legs while chase each other  on front lawn.

Well almost time to head to valley to work.

Enjoy the day all.

David, welcome home to Paradise. You will have pleasant memories of the Grand Canyon to ponder while watching the ocean.
Roy, hang in there buddy.
Dave, thank goodness for that info. I'll set my alarm clock to make sure I don't miss it. Hmmm, doesn't have a billion year setting...;) We humans, if we survive, will be on far away planets by then. Somehow I don't think you'll find that pic posted on the wall of any Catholic Church...

more mowing today; glad I got the hardest part done yesterday. It's pretty dry and dusty and mowing for hours gets one filthy; came in yesterday and took my sock off and there was a black and white divide line. Too hot for jeans
Will finish lawn today, then do field area, which is my reward getting into a clean a/c cab tractor.
The worst part about the dirt is it getting in my eyes;when you make a turn downwind hard to avoid a face full. I usually close my eyes and don't breath for a few seconds. One of these days I'm going to run into something doing that....

63 this morning high of 86 this afternoon big storms all around me last evening but none hit home. Moved equipment yesterday or evening should I say. Got home at 9:45 last night and now I'm really tired and the day is just starting. Small chance of storms today better chance tomorrow

66 this AM. Those big storms that missed Buppies settled in over us last night. Lots of power outages and trees down across this area.

I got the lawn cut in spots when I got home last night. Fields need cutting again, but the tractors are all down and out and not here.

Have a great day all! Oh, still no bites on the milk cooler, don't need another grill, but that was a good idea.

I do that same trick - I did run into a fence post earlier this year...maybe that's why I had to eventually replace the front axle :).

65 going to 89. We only caught the edge of a storm last night. We don't need any more rain right now, but I'll never turn a little down.

Got more mowing done yesterday, between coffee roasting :). Today is waging weed war day.

Dave, glad you scored a spreader that you like. My old Cosmo 500 is still getting the job done. Lime is a bit less here (last bags were 3.99), but they may have to truck yours further. Have you ever tried to lightly till your asparagus bed in late winter before they emerge? I think I may have to do that to try to get a jump on the weeding...my weeds are out of control, but doesn't seem to hurt the asparagus...and we have a lot of wild here, too.

Roy, glad you seem to be on the home stretch.

Thomas, sounds like a lot of fun watching your deer.

Good Morning All, Well I got enough work done yesterday that I am off today... kind of. I need to go get hay for the horses, change the oil in the tractor, go get both diesel and gas in the transfer tanks, and mow the grass, and spray the weeds in the fields, change the oil in the mower. I have to work tomorrow and then we leave for vacation on Sunday. I feel like Farmer, the help I hired to work here hasn't shown up yet. At least it is some what cool today, 67 now, with a high of 94.

Drew, routing is like cutting, measure twice cut once. If you want a tight fit on your angle, rout it a little short, lay your angle and cut the edge with a utility knife. I agree with RNG, counter sink your screws. Also remember the inside of your angle is not a tight corner, so you may have to do a slight round over.

Wifes B-day is tomorrow, Not sure what we are going to do.
