Which would scare me from using a 2 post lift.

Improperly used (or installed), a 20 post lift could be dangerous.
As with anything, be true to your own concerns.

I got an atlas from gregsmithequipment.com and like it very much. gregsmithequipment seems almost like the everythingattachments of that world.

I live just 20 minutes from there. Lots of cool things.

My Sons both have 2 post lifts. I have a 4 post lift. We live within 3 miles of each other. So we have all bases covered.

Best part of a 4 post lift is that it doubles as a Buffet Table.

as posted, the arm length difference -
which gives you more room to get the driver and passenger doors open (completely)-and less chance of door dinging.

Had i been paying closer attention to the Dusty's pictures- i would have noticed that the posts are angled (a dead give away ) that it was an Asymmetrical lift.

If interested in a new lift, the one piece of advice I would recommend is to get a lift that carries the ALI and ETL certifications. Whatever size,style and brand you chose.

The Crusher?? if that is a real picture it would appear that the safety limit switch failed...or was bypassed, or was not designed with one in the first place.
