I got the new hitch on my truck this afternoon. I bought it from etrailer, I got it online for about 1/2 of what it would cost at a dealer. It is a Curt hitch, a good name in that biz. I really was glad I have a 3/4 impact to loosen a couple bolts.

Good deal, when you need a bigger impact, you just need a bigger impact. You also need a 1/2" air hose to get all the power out of a 3/4. Bigger for a 1" impact.

By the way, I happen to have 5, 3/4" impacts that I would like to sell. I won them in an auction and have rebuilt them all. Ingersol rand, snap on, blue point, all decent stuff. Various prices. PM me if interested. I figured I'd offer them to friends first. Pricing from $60-$200 plus shipping.

I like watching baseball, but golf is really slow for me.

Oh the good ol game of goof. It's so boring to me I can't even sleep through it. It forces me to go ask the wife what she wanted me to do. I'm not a big sports fan. I was raised in a home and state where basketball is king. But I have watched more ball this year than in the last 5 combined.

The handyman here at the Civic Center got a hitch for his Honda at etrailer. Also bought a bike rack from them. He was bragging about they had hitches for all makes and models. I've been thinking of getting a hitch from them for my Camry.

Very windy today new fire even closer to home this time 20 acres or so. Very low humidity and high winds bad combination. Looked at a few jobs then some serious play time with mini excavater.

Saw cut 3ft of existing asphalt in front of storage building remove existing stone and excavate down 13 inches. Place back 8 inches of 21a pug mill stone encase new poly drain in concrete then 5 inches of 4500PSI mix.

Also piled up brush pile for removal later. The mini ex is user friendly and the thumb comes in very handy for removing asphalt and moving brush. Right now using 18 inch bucket vs 36 inch. Should finish digging out and reinstalling new base. Drain comes in Wednesday of this coming week

RedNeck : Sorry, I'm not familiar with what's on the market for residential alarms. Great suggestion to hide eggs with the stones. :thumbsup:

Not a cold clammy mist for a change and full of half hidden spring secrets, like the first buds to break on the hawthorn and emerging clumps of primroses.

So the dog becomes redundant. He uses his redundancy payout the retrain as a gate closer and you employ him again. That is, unless you intend to walk all the way across the paddock just to close the gate.

Got the last of my wood split (only 5 pulls on the rope) and an old horse pasture bush hogged yesterday.

31 right now....got a light dusting of snow (maybe a quarter inch) overnight. That will melt pretty fast since it's going to be 44-45 as a high later.
