Be very careful out there when ordering Kioti filters online. There are counterfeit, cloned filters out there. You may think your ordering a genuine Kioti oem filter but receive a substitute. It happened to me!
Hate to say it but in all probability the Kioti brand filter is made by somebody else and simply branded Kioti. ...

The most probable would be FRAM or PUROLATOR however I'm sure that there exist Korean and Japanese firms that private label filters as well.
NAPA also supplies filters under their name but suspect they are Fram or Purolator made.
The cloned filter I got was said to be part # T4125-38021. $99.54
It was painted red. The remarkable thing about this filter was it had no markings on it, no lettering, no brand, nothing. Just a red filter.
I paid 100 bucks for a red filter. I wasn't about to put that on a new $23,000 tractor.

Search that part # at Donaldson's and this is what you get.
I was told by the owner of "TractorJoe", which is where I bought the filter in question that it is a Baldwin. No way to verify without any markings.
NAPA filters are almost exclusively WIX, at least in the USA.
Suggesting Kioti filters are Fram or Purolator is based on what besides a whim of yours? Most Kioti air filters are Donaldson, Kioti filters for Perkins engine applications are often sourced from Perkins. Most, if not all the rest are sourced in Asia, not North America.
