That is one of the happiest moments in a tractor owner's life when all is new and fresh. I love that new tractor smell.

Yeah, but my wife doesn't want to leave Michigan, for family reasons. I looked pretty hard 5 years ago, but since then I have accumulated more property in Michigan...Kinda going backwards, but that is life!

weather forecast here just changed to predict an actual winter snow "event" of 1-3 inches of snow next Tuesday night, and basically much colder weather for a while. Tomorrow's high of 51 in sunshine is going to be the last warm day for awhile so I'm headed to Lowes for my fruit trees. They can sit on the trailer for awhile, not going to be planting anything in ice pellets. So, if it's going to be nasty here, that perhaps does not bode well for those further North...
Unless one skis. Fresh powder.
Or snowmobiles.
