New trailer finally

F inally got my new 14' trailer in yesterday. BX-25D fits it like a glove :thumbsup: Don't know how to straighten them!

Simplicity line by Quality Steel and Aluminum and it is a 14 footer......Tractor fits perfect on it. Brakes on 1 axel.

I was just thinking today about the things I love about my 14' trailer. I love that I can park at the grocery store across two stall lengthwise. Anything longer and I would have to park perpendicular to the stall and take up about four. I also love how nicely it follows behind the truck. I can go through drive thru's to get coffee without worry of bumping the curbs.

Nice trailer. But check your local code, ours required brakes on both axles or none.

VERY nice looking trailer. How much does it weigh, and can you move it around by hand? Also, is that some sort of sealer on the deck boards? And what is the capacity of that big ramp? I have a BX25 and an 18' steel trailer with beavertail, and there is no way I can move the empty trailer around by hand, even on level pavement. (it weighs 2,000 lb.)

Brakes required on one axel over 2000 lb. Had a 16' Big Tex CH before that I used for it. Deck is treated wood but going to use a sealer on it when weather breaks. Ramp is rated at 1750 lbs. but only front or rear wheels are on it at one time.Had it loaded on it and no flex when going up on it or unloading it. All in all it will be much better than dragging the old Tex out and dragging the steel ramps from the side and carrying them to the rear.......JB.

Nice, almost too nice. Just a quick one for you and the group. I recently upgraded my lights to LED and they work great. At the same time i built a bracket to rotate the license plate to allow it to clear as originally it stuck out beyond the tandem buy several inches. Is it legal? I see yours is on the fender. Nice job.

This came with LED's in the uprights and with 3 bullit lights across the back. Also they put a spare tire carrier on it that I did not order. I like free-bees.JB.
