Can anyone tell me if a 7108 loader can be mounted on a Ford 3930

Anything can be done given enough money and or time & talent. But a 7108 on a 3930 is just a bad idea. A 7108 is designed to fit a tractor with 2/3 the HP and 1/2 or less the weight of a 3930.

I have the larger 7109 fel on a 2120, still a smaller rig than the 3930. It's rugged though newer ones will lift more. I don't think you'd want to put even a 7109 on a 3930. Still, as Rick says, you could!

Actually, there was a mount kit for a 7109 to go on a 2WD 3930. There were a few State bid rigs around with that combination. Pretty lame.

The 7108 is way too weak for that size tractor. I have it on a Ford 1920 and wish it was stronger.
