Just having my 3rd coffee of the day, probably enough. Going to make sure all the windows at the rental place are sealed up, and change furnace filters. Then back home to finish painting the bedroom. Things are going good, hope you guys are doing well.

Questionable how well just plywood would work. I put the plywood on a 2x frame and it works quite well.

We got our hot tub from Costco, Strong Spas, built in PA I believe. Says for 2 people but in reality that would be cramped. We only keep ours at 95/96, but at that temp I can soak as long as I want. Too hot drives me out.

Good Afternoon. 1235, sunny, 74F with 43% humidity. Forecast high of 75F with 0% chance of rain this afternoon, and a low of 48F tonight. It was 44F at 0700 when I got up, but by the time I got out on the back porch to feed the dog it had warmed up nicely.

I seem to be in slow motion this morning. I did record 3 Doctor Who episodes while I did my cardio and lifting, so that would have slowed me down a little. But it was noon before I had breakfast. Pork chops, eggs, green beans, toast and fruit smoothie, by the way. I have to decide how I'm going to cook the rest of the pork chops for supper. The last couple of times I have baked them. Might be time for a change up.

Sad about what happened in Canada. Crazy when people die because someone doesn't care for your foreign policy.

Weather is looking good through Tuesday at least when the high is supposed to 73F ... I guess this is Indian Summer, since we've already had a frost ...

Just waking up ... had a hard time falling asleep last night ...

Got so much UV radiation from welding - probably just from reflected light - that the skin is peeling off my neck. Wife noticed it the other day and wanted to know what the heck it was ... might have to consider getting a Dickie turtleneck if this keeps this up ... lol ...
