My New Tree Stand

Here's my latest project. I repurposed a lot of left over materials from a few years of projects to build this. It also helps to have a good neighbor to help the project go smoothly!

Oct 4th for archery, I'm on a farm in central PA.

Works for me.. I'll take one.. We started on Sept. 13th. 1 Doe in the freezer so far. The Wife is making me look bad like last year...

Nice view of that cornfield. Is it yours? I'd add a roof to it just in case you want to hunt on a rainy day.

That is my corn field. I've debated about a roof. I may go with a canvas top, that is temporary. It's a pretty short walk from my house so I don't hunt in really bad weather.

Here's one of our's on the way up.And it served it's purpose.
The trail cam picture was taken in January.........well after the season;and that guy is still walking as far as we know.

Understand, but the drizzling rains sometimes is a great time, Just enough to be annoying without some kind of cover, but can be a very productive time.
