Thank you all. Finished the poly yesterday and got the hardware ordered. Just waiting on it to show up for the install. Working with some of those old timbers is pretty cool, especially when you start seeing the finished product and those old boards come back to life. I'd like to use what I have left to eventually make a dining room table.

I made the mistake of showing the wife... She dug out her planer and is sharpening the blades, I think she has work for me to do.

Thank you all. I started baseboard trim yesterday. The end is near. Got to finish it up and build a small deck out back.

You may want to have an extra set or two of blades. This door was rough on the planer blades from all the hidden nails. I think I went through two sets of blades and also ruined my T&G router bit when it was all done.
