Hydraulic fluid dye?

We have two Kubota's and find the hydraulic fluid almost impossible to see on the dip sticks.I thought I had read somewhere that JD made a dye(red) to add.Does anyone know if this is true and is it readily available at a JD dealer?

I've added ATF to hyd oil to make it more visible, you don't need a heck of lot......Mike
