Your own posted link is not accessible to the public.
It could probbaly be moved, but the fault for that would lay with "ThomD" who started that thread in their off topic forum which (like the front porch forum on TBN) isn't visible unless you are a forum member.

I have no context of when, who or where (what forum) the post you posted was put up. I see after only 3 or 4. Our forum has migrated to a new server in recent days during the website launch. Then, it went down for a couple weeks and is now back up, but it had to be restored from a point a few weeks later. The website guys told us that some people and posts during a week or so preceding the crash may have been lost. But no reports of it were made. It's been back up for a few weeks now. If he signed up recently, he may have to re-sign. I couldn't even sign in. A banned person will receive a message saying so. I watch the forum everyday, and have not seen such a message. We've documented this as well on our site and on other sites letting people know. As a mod, I can see old threads even if they've been deleted purposefully. I see no such ban or deletion. Additionally, this is an abbreviated post. When I click on it, it goes to a ..., which is a abbreviation of the address for posting purposes, which means something was not faithfully recorded in the link. Look at it yourself. IF it were an actual link the forum itself saying a link was no longer in existence. In my browser it shows the ellipses.

Read my last update. Since I posted that post you completely deleted all reference to the thread on your server end. It was a link that worked this morning, albeit to a now locked and hidden thread. You should have record of it, YOU posted in it. Perhaps you have so many alts you dont know which one you used? TO help you out, you posted under the user "Performance". Its no longer just locked and invisible based on privilege . You must think we're stupid to think its just a coincidence.

I see an awful lot of coincidence and excuses on your end. "Server update", "bad link", "stupid chinese factory couldnt tell the difference between CE and CSA"... You guys seem to have your share of bad luck

Possibly.

The second link has now been completely purged and I had access previously without having to log in.

Looks like a coverup to me.:rolleyes:

I checked the thread. It has been moved. It looks as if it was put possibly in the announcement section by the OP, which is usually reserved for official Everlast announcements about product or policy from the US...and when applicable other countries as a courtesy.,,but is not intended for others to initiate posts other than moderators or administrators, although it appears that some do anyway. I typically don't pay attention to where something is posted. Personally, I don't care, and don't look at which heading a thread is under as anyone can sign up and see it...but I have asked for it to be moved elsewhere. If it were a cover up, there are dozens of people here that are members, possibly more that can read it and do have access. If it doesn't get moved back, sign up, read it. It is what it is.

<snip>Your own posted link is not accessible to the public. [/B]
<snip>

What's this "not accessible to the public" you write of? I clicked on the link and was presented with a message that one must register to view the link. Does that mean it's not accessible to the public?

Well I registered, a less complex process than registering on TBN, and then was able to read the link.

Are you writing that the "public" can't register? Does Canada have a different definition of "public"?

Yes people have been banned and information has been deleted. Your own posted link is not accessible to the public.

Now your accusing me of lying? Really? Youre the ones who lied and committed fraud, and are subject of a police investigation and recall because of your proven lies.

Hmmm. I don't have a dog in this hunt, however, I call bull**** on this. I am simply a registered forum member, and the link works fine for me. To me, your willful use of extreme statements makes whatever you say false until I can find out facts that actually substantiates it to be true. And to be clear, I don't even own one piece of Everlast equipment. Everything I own currently is Miller, and I find your posts ridiculous.

Now that I think of it THAT's the problem!!

After registering WE are no longer the "public"! We are part of the secret society of Everlast forum members (and TBN members)

Me thinkif there is more to this than meets the eye. :rolleyes:
