Well, my new door got delivered, so I spent the day installing it. Almost done, but per usual, minor screwup - came with regular extension springs instead of the EZ torsion type. Clopay is expediting the replacement.





Happy the wife convinced me to do the full enclosure. Likely won't get my roofing metal before end of week, was hoping for tomorrow.

For those who were hoping to learn of the results of my homemade charcoal lighter fluid results...sorry to disappoint you...:laughing: It's 51 degrees here now, been up for an hour helping the GF prepare for her next few days, she is juggling her teaching job and taking care of her two grandkids and they will be staying here for a while. Having no kids of my own, I find her GK's a rather novel experience. Spring yard cleanup is about 80% done now, will mount the deck on my tractor tomorrow...not sure if I mentioned it has been a really dry April compared to most. Happy Wednesday, everybody.

Poured first cup of coffee. 52° with clouds this morning. Heading to 64° with clouds and possibility of thunderstorms. Got to get started on spring cleanup . Garden pond is going to take some work this year. Winters cold weather has killed many of the larger fish.
