As in, the skid steer bucket? I've been told no at this point. They don't want someone putting extra attachments on that the tractor wasn't designed for. It could make it tipsy if the load were up high and out front enough.

Made sense to me when I saw the difference between the J2023H (new one) with a G3033H sitting right next to it. The G3033H had the skid steer compatible bucket already on it.

Do you happen to recall what the price difference was between those 2 machines? I'm all in on a J2023H - but I'm also curious how much more it would take to get into a G3033H.

From a prior posting: As of this past weekend, I'm probably going to opt for the G3033H myself. I can get it with TLB, tiller, remote hydraulics, rotary mower, and AG tires for $25408.00 out the door and delivered - tires loaded too.

J2023/J2030H same setup was about $21775.00 with same options. The J2030H is $100.00 more than the J2023H, so big deal on that. The price I posted here if for the J2030H.

I'm thinking the J2030H was a bit over 12K with FEL alone. The G3033H was about $16,100K with FEL alone. Please don't hold me to those figures as I do not have my notes with quotes with me right now. But it is a ballpark figure that is about right IIRC.

It sounds like a big jump in the price that was quoted to me for the G3033H over the J2030H with the same options. REMEMBER, the J2030H has smaller implements and hence the lower prices. For example: 48" tiller verses a 72" tiller, 48" - 5 ft rotary cutter verses a 6 ft rotary cutter. And of course the tractor/FEL combination and the backhoe sizes are different too.

I honestly cannot answer that question. I'm not an engineer and have no idea of what would and would not work. I would be careful in changing things out as you may void your 5 year warranty.

Thanks for the info. It seems the 2023 is everything I will need - but I want to make sure it's going to be everything I need for the long haul.

My dealer was $12,200 for a 2023 with loader and $15,200 for a 3033 hydro with loader.
