I have the owners manual, don't know about the 3ph rating. I bought it just for mowing than was curious about a loader and hoe attachment. after shopping around for other compact tractors with the attachments. better to rig this one up it's paid for.

On the 3ph lift arms...what is the diameter of the pin holes?

For cat 0 both the lift arm and top link pin holes are 5/8"

for cat 1 the lift arm pins are 7/8" and the top link uses a 3/4" pin...

How many readers do you expect KNOW what a tz18da is?

Pretty weak post.

Mate, on the one hand you are correct that there isn't all that much information... On the other hand, 'Google is your friend' and it took me a moment to search "tz18da" to find that it's a NH TZ18DA 'Boomer'. Tractordata.com (which Larry, being new, wouldn't know about) gives the specs... 18hp SCUT, Cat 0 but could handle some Cat 1 implements.

We're on TBN, not only to learn but to help.
