Brin, that looks like our chill recipe except for the sugar. At the end we also add cilantro and hot sauce.
I was reading TBN during lunch - Tai Tacos (plant based fat free) The main ingredients are chick peas and cabbage.
To get the taco shells formed formed with no fat we bake them (10 minutes) in a dish with parchment paper (so no sticking) and aluminum foil (to keep shape)- see picture We used to put them on a taco rack but they kept falling off.
Come on, come on....I warned you guys here that this thread was beginning to morph into the "What's for supper" thread but did you pay attention to me....NOOOOO.....so what else is new?
The GF and I took her oldest grandkid (6 yrs.) and her 8 year old niece to a high school play Friday night, the girls stayed here overnight and then Saturday we took them to a first run movie. My cats were trying to figure out who the girls were...they have had limited exposure to children. Spend part of yesterday helping someone rewire a bedroom, posted my rant about that elsewhere in the forum. I have NEVER seen such a worthless product (blue electrical boxes) in 45 years of remodeling work.
19 degrees here, d*** wind is really bad today, much of the snow has melted but the melt has turned to ice and it's slick outside. Only thing that matters now is dinner....oooops...appears I am guilty of morphing the threads too...
