farmgirl after re-reading the posts realized the difference in ages so the "Daisy Mae" suggestion was for your Grand Mother. I was being complimentary.
Or the possibility Sadie Hawkins but then at 35 she was a spinster so her Father started the Sadie Hawkins day in Nov. '52 or '53 that girls could catch a suitable husband.
